Beautiful setting and a homely, quirky boat. Slept like a baby and feel at peace with nature all around. Natasha was great to chat to re arrangements and klaus was brilliant and patient at answering our questions on site. A very special 60th birthday treat - and loved the trip up the river in the little boat too 🙏🏻😄. Thank you xx

Such a unique stay and so peaceful. Sitting on the top deck in the sun for an afternoon drink and then again for breakfast really was the icing on the cake. Also the bed was incredibly comfortable. Finding the marina and parking was incredibly easy and the location in general is brilliant. A big Sainsbury is only a 6 minute drive away. Great Fosters, a gorgeous manor house hotel with lovely gardens and restaurant only 8 minutes away and Thorpe Park is about a 30 second drive away. When we returned to the boat in the evening it was a little chilly but the heaters on board easily and quickly warmed the space. Having an Alexa and smart TV was also a great touch so we could relax before bed with the delicious hot chocolate provided.  We would love to come back again!

I loved staying at this quirky spot - so peaceful and delightful to be on a boat, close to Heathrow. The listing is very accurate; just be aware that you need to climb down a wide step ladder and it has a marine toilet on board along with a decent shower (and regular toilets accessible in a nearby building). The team had arranged delightful Christmas decorations and lights inside and out, and it was cosy and warm inside. They have compiled fantastic suggestions of local merchants for deliveries - I tried Grazie Daizie and 3 Rooms Indian restaurant, and both were excellent! Thanks to Natasha and team for a delightful stay.
