THINGS TO NOTE:

£150 deposit to be paid - this will be returned provided our T&C are not breached and there is no damage to our boat.

We endorse responsible boating therefore please be respectful to other boat owners, river dwellers,
Lock Keepers AND wildlife at all times.

Music to be turned off in a lock due to H&S reasons.

This is a self-catering service, ie. there are no staff on board to cook or serve food and drinks.

Use of bedroom cabins/beds are not included.

Bookings may be subject to change due to river conditions, weather warnings, daylight hours
or possible delays encountered en route.

The use of all our facilities are at our guests' own risk.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
-
A 50% refund will be made for cancellations made at least 14 days before departure.

No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 14 days of departure.

Should we be required to cancel due to extreme weather or river conditions, we will use the credit towards a future booking.
